One of the advantages of a national theological college is that our students come from many different backgrounds and experiences. Because the educational approach includes class discussions, tutorials and seminars, as well as instruction, students make a major contribution to each other's learning.

The Christian dedication and fellowship that pervades our college community encourages a spirit of care for each other. Growth also can occur when personalities clash, when differences in theological position are discussed and when there are feelings of inadequacy and isolation. Students are intentionally assisted to face the realities of life and ministry as mature, responsible Christians.

Worship services conducted by students, faculty and guests are a feature of life at College. They offer inspiration and challenge and serve to encourage students and faculty to maintain intimate and meaningful fellowship with God. All those on campus are expected to attend when these services are held. Students are also encouraged to arrange other times for prayer and mutual support.
