book - Singing the Faith In
the mid-20th century singing was a joyful and sustaining expression of faith –
and the words we sang were powerful. This
new book by Dr Judith Raftery explores the history and meaning behind the lyrics.
Written with real warmth and a depth of scholarly understanding borne of years
of study, Singing the Faith sheds light on Churches of Christ’s thought
and practice. The 6-part
study guide encourages readers to reflect on the words we sing and the role of
singing in our faith lives – no matter what our style of music. download
